Refund Policy

DevBoy offers non-tangible, non-returnable, and easily replicable packages for website services and eBooks. As such, refunds will not be issued once the order has been fulfilled and the product or service has been delivered or made accessible to the public.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with this refund policy before making any purchase. Packages provided by DevBoy cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • eBooks or website packages made accessible to the public.
  • Requests made after 14 calendar days from the delivery of services.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds are only honored under the following conditions:

  • First-Time Customers: A full refund is granted if the customer is not 100% satisfied with the services provided.
  • Major Defects: If defects are reported within 3 business days of receipt, DevBoy will address the issue within 3 business days. If the issue is not resolved in this time, a full refund will be issued or a replacement of similar value will be offered. Temporary access to the customer's admin account may be required to resolve the issue.
  • Product Not as Described: Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of purchase with clear evidence. Refund requests based on unmet expectations or desires will not be honored.

Submission of Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted to support@thedevboy.com within 7 days of the initial transaction, including a detailed explanation. Requests that contradict DevBoy’s terms and conditions will not be honored. If a refund exception is granted, it will only be fulfilled upon receipt of a signed Waiver of Copyright from the customer.
